Method 2: Fully Reduce Transparency (The Real Fix)

If you want solid colors in your macOS UI, this is the setting that actually makes a difference. Follow these steps to enable macOS Reduce Transparency:

1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Accessibility from the sidebar
3. Click Display
4. Find Reduce Transparency and enable the checkbox

However, if you have enabled Automatically hide and show the Dock in System Preferences → Dock, the app switcher will appear on the display which has last shown the Dock.
